WFL to strengthen its UK & Ireland markets – announcing WFL Millturn Technologies UK Ltd

WFL Millturn Technologies is excited to announce the purchase the UK WFL business from KYAL. The transfer encompasses Kyal employees and in turn maintains all our valuable UK business relationships. This strategic move aligns with WFL’s global expansion strategy and fortifies our UK market presence, ultimately benefiting our customers.

The transfer of the WFL business from KYAL to WFL UK became effective from the 3^nd of November 2023, maintaining several key benefits for WFL customers:

1. Continuity and reliability: all existing contracts, agreements and business between KYAL and its customers relating to WFL business will remain in place with the same terms and conditions. Invoices for the services and parts provided will be issued by WFL Millturn Technologies GmbH & Co. KG, Wahringerstraße 36, 4030 Linz, Austria, VAT ID: ATU51972806 and GB266090009.  

• Employees and team: KYAL employees are a very valuable resource, and we welcome them to the WFL family. We are committed to ensure a positive transition for the employees and ensuring that their existing expertise is integrated into WFL.

• Unchanged quality: Your satisfaction remains our top priority, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction will remain unchanged.

• Integration: WFL & KYAL teams are working hard to ensure a seamless transition.  The transfer enables us to use synergies and by maintaining WFL and KYAL’s best practices we can optimize WFL processes, ensuring fast response times, efficient solutions, and a smooth customer experience.

• Presence in the market: By uniting the UK and Austria teams, WFL will be able to offer a more comprehensive sales and service experience for customers.

WFL are delighted to announce the agreement with esteemed partners Simon and Hilary Pollard who have been a constant source of inspiration for WFL and important figures in the development and growth of the Millturn brand within the UK.  The agreement will allow Simon and Hilary to start their retirement process, Hilary will provide support in the transition period, and Simon will support WFL in the transition of the business to WFL UK for the foreseeable future.
